Yes, the Weft QDA source is under a public domain licence so you''re
free
to use it as you like. All the classes dealing with importing, coding,
searching and storing etc are separate from the desktop GUI so you
should fairly easily be able to provide a web front-end to them. I''d
recommend using the code in Subversion as it''s more capable and better
organised:
