Could you be a little more specific? What method are you using to get Vorbis
files at this bitrate? (The technique makes a big difference in the final
sound quality.) And surely you mean mp3PRO rather than plain mp3.
In my own "testing", Vorbis beats mp3 like a red-headed stepchild at
these
bitrates. I've not tried RealAudio, as I can't easily produce such
files on
my RedHat Linux machine.
