Now i know that MP3->OGG is a bad thing. But What about OGG->WAV->OGG? i'd expect there might be some quality loss but would it be as bad as MP3->OGG? It's still something to be avoided if possible. I realize there are cases where it's not practically possible to avoid, but there will be generational loss in each reencoding.
