Doesn't the GPL license forbid the codec from being incorporated in commercial products? Or at least have to provide their source for free? If this is the case then I doubt commercial game makers will be interested. Maybe the licence could be changed to allow the decoder to be incorporated in commercial products providing they pay a minimal amount and/or be forced to advertise the fact that it includes the Vorbis codec. There is also no one stopping anyone from reimplemnting the spec, just as the Jorbis folks have already done.
