theora - Dec 2005 - tool to edit metadata

Hi,
As well as vorbiscomment for ogg/vorbis, I am looking for a tool to edit
metadata for ogg/theora files.
I needs to be command line tool becaus it is for a massive & scriptable
editing.
What would you suggest?
