theora dev - Feb 2010 - Data Dump?

Has anyone posted a data structure dump of one of the sample Theora files for 
use in verifying a new decoder?  For example, the the loop filter limits
I've
decoded for the 320x240 example file are:

But I have nothing to compare against to check my accuracy and understanding.

Not that I know of.  The usual advice has been to get a complete decoder
up and running, and then check its output against dump_video from the
libtheora examples.  (Actually the usual advice has been to Just Use
Libtheora, since it''s BSD licensed.  Of course, if you can''t
link to C
code then you can''t use libtheora.)
