All, Thanks to everyone who's been testing the recent releases. Some of you pointed out some real problems with the smoothness of the rate control on a few clips, so now, ten days later, we have some more fixes for you. I give you the beta3 version of the "thusnelda" rewrite. In addition to the smoother rate control, there are a few minor bug fixes and build polishes. Please give this one a try as well and let us know if there are any further problems.
