Hi, Probably too late for the main tracks, but it would be nice to see a syslinux-related presentation at FOSDEM 2012. There are a few tracks where syslinux fits in (Configuration and Systems Management, Embedded, Distribution ?) so it shouldn't be hard to get one or more slots. I enjoyed Peter's presence two years ago and it lead to an uptake of the project (I remember Erwan released HDT after a gettogether), maybe another presentation and gettogether can again make a difference ? Having a LUA demonstration, or an HDT presentation can attract some love from outside contributors ? Just thinking aloud... -- -- dag wieers, dag at wieers.com, http://dag.wieers.com/ -- dagit linux solutions, info at dagit.net, http://dagit.net/ [Any errors in spelling, tact or fact are transmission errors]

If everybody adds their syslinux-based solution maybe we can make a cool showcase? That would at least serve to inspire others... Kind Regards, Schlomo

I think I'll miss my turn this year... Sorry about that.... There is many things to say around Syslinux. Lua is clearing a very promising things that we don't push enough on front of the scene as-of the lwip stuff. HDT + HTTP/FTP push would be a killing feature for me :p So Dag, we'll not meet this year, I'm sorry about that.
