Syslinux - Dec 2010 - PXELinux + Altiris + Tivoli.

Hello All.

I have few networks with Tivoli Provision Manager
(http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/downloads/tiv/pmfos/?S_TACT=105AGX28&S_CMP=TRIALS
), Altiris (http://www.symantec.com/business/deployment-solution) and WDS (on
W2008Stdx32).
I successfully expand WDS functionally with pxelinux (4.03).I really like how
pxelinux working.
Server who respond on client request is on Windows 2008 (WDS). I'm trying
chain PXE server to altiris and to TPM and without success. After chain to
altiris file BStrap\X86pc\BStrap.0 start loading and after this file something
else still loading. Will be nice to have possibility to reset dhcp options
before forward to new pxe server.
Please, if somebody have solution how to forward to another PXE server (need for
Altiris and TPM) from pxelinux, please let me know.

Also I trying use gpxelinux.0 as pxelinux.0,but it work more slowly then
pxelinx.0 trough TFTP (really want start use HTTP/ftp and etc. ). Where is my
mistake ?

IBM TPMfOSd sends additional DHCP options in its DHCPOFFER to a
PXE-booting client.  Furthermore, the file that it offers (Rembo-ia32
for x86 clients) is a dynamically generated binary, specific to each
client.  It is thus not sufficient to merely chain some saved Rembo-ia32
on some TFTP server.

A TPMfOSd-booting client requires the DHCP options from the Tivoli
server.  If you have multiple PXE services on the same Ethernet
broadcast domain, that could be a problem.

You can look into using the PXECHAIN.COM program, included with
Syslinux.
