Syslinux - Dec 2004 - SYSLINUX 2.20-pre12 released

This release fixes the handling of TIMEOUT in the simple menu system, 
and adds a NOESCAPE command to disable the "press Shift to get to the 
command prompt."

This *would* be a release candidate, except for the fact that the Win32 
SYSLINUX installer still hasn't been ported.  I'd really like someone 
with more Win32 expertise than me to look at that particular one.
