Syslinux - Sep 2004 - minor docs patch

Hi,
	It took me a while to figure out that the "01" that pxelinux prepends
to the MAC address when searching for a config file was the ARP hardware
type number for Ethernet.

	Attached is a patch to pxelinux.doc.
