Hi All, My question is: Is it possible to make a DVD-R/DVD+R with a boot menu so that you could select a particular bootable ISO on the DVD, and boot into that distro? Asked another way, is it possible to boot an ISO burned as an ISO9660 file on CD or DVD media? If it is, how can this be accomplished? TIA, Andrew.
if you searched the mailinglist before posting, you could see ISO is not supported (write the code yourself?). Best thing is to unpack and then add to the compilation. Next, remaster your DVD. http://www.911cd.net/forums/index.php?act=idx http://www.nu2.nu might be useful to learn this. that way I now have a bootable DVDrom (Isolinux bootloader) which supports Win2000 setup, WinPE (Windows livecd), ReactOS, FreeDOS, drivers, personal stuff, etc.. good luck.
