The doc says that the default timeout is zero (meaning forever). But
in my limited testing of PXELINUX today I seemed to be getting a
timeout of _really_ zero -- ie immediate boot.
Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?

The timeout only applies *once the prompt has been displayed*. -hpa
