Speex dev - Aug 2004 - Playing speex in windows

Is there any plugin for windows sound players like winamp or media player to
play speex files?(encoded with speexenc, using ogg container)

There are no doubt comlpete speex plug-ins for winamp... i dunno where you
get them though.

Some are in development for media player here... www.illiminable.com/ogg/

If you install this, media player will play speex.

No seeking or progress bar yet though.
