No problem, as long as you respect the (minor) restrictions of the BSD
license under which Speex is released (see COPYING file). They basically
amount to:
1) You don't claim it's yours (keep the copyright notice)
2) You don't claim your software is approved by me, Xiph, ...
3) You accept that there's no warranty whatsoever
Note: In the general case, check for a COPYING file to see what the
license allows you to do. Speex and Vorbis are BSD though.
