Is there any way to process the "vignette" documantation files? I have been looking at the bioconductor packages and most of them have *.Rnw files in doc directories. They look like regular TeX but have sections showing R code that seem to choke TeX. Hi, This seems a very basic problem, but I cannot seem to find the solution to it. I am trying to use Rcmdr on a data frame I created in my current R session. Sure enough, there is no gnlm library on my system and I could not find it on the CRAN archive either.
