Hi, I just want to know if somebody use 2.6.31.4 xenified kernel (aka OpenSUSE) in production? We have been testing it on new Nehalem Xeon server for few weeks w/o any problem. But as soon we tried it on production machine - after several production domUs started - hard OS failure. We had to switch back to 2.6.18.8 - xen stock kernel. I have installed Ubuntu Intrepid Server on bare metal and successfully ran:- # apt-get install ubuntu-xen-server.     It installed several packages on system . Now i can see files /boot/xen-3.3.gz, /etc/init.d/xend, /etc/init.d/xendomains, but no xenified kernel gets in. Attempt  to use vmlinuz-2.6.27-7-server, obviously , fails with system panic.    I do remember recompiling  procedure for Xen

Just wondering what it will take to get the nvidia binary driver working on a pv_ops kernel. It makes it difficult to debug without the source to the nvidia driver, but I think it should be possible to get it to work without changing the binary driver. If the dom0 kernel had access to all the resources that a bare metal kernel did, then it should work right? I''m using Jeremy''s

Is there a version of the pv_ops kernel that will do HVM and work with fc11? I have been failing miserably trying to get it to work. Hi, we''re using Xen 3.3.0 on Debian Etch with 2.6.18.8 kernel from xen.org on dom0. We have problems starting Intrepid domU (using Intrepid''s kernel 2.6.27-7-server) if we give more than 4GB of memory to this domain. Using memory = ''4096'' works perfectly, but changing it to ''4097'' already gives an error. Can anyone put some light on this?

When I try to virt-install a PV instance of F11, I''m getting an ''invalid kernel'' message, as if it''s not a Xen kernel. I have tried both the i386 and x86_64 versions. Is there any weirdness with this distro that I''m not aware of?
