I had a serious problem with all my WinXP (some SP1, some SP2) comps printing over samba to a printer (both, Samba and printer on Kubuntu (Dapper)). It printed, but it took easily 20 minutes to get the printout. The file sharing worked very fast and there were no error messages in Samba logs. I've been using lattice/wireframe succesfully to visualize some data. I have one question. I want to be able to change the viewpoint ( i.e. rotate the plotted figure a bit left or right or up and down ) Is there a way to do that? Or is there some other package around that could help? Thanks.
