I'm playing Heroes of Might and Magic II, and it's working as expected--except that music from the CD will not play (all other sounds work fine). This is an issue not experienced by other users, so I have some hope that it can be solved; I'm just not sure how to do it, though. I hope someone can give me a hint. I prefer to run games that require CDs from image files, since it is faster and protects the life of my CDs. In windows, I would just mount the disc image and I could then play. But using Wine and Ubuntu, it appears to work differently. When installing a Windows CD using WINE under Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit, how should I go about mounting a disc image so it is seen by games running under WINE as a CD?
