Problem reload queue dynamical members
Guys, I have a problem. I have a queue on asterisk 1.8 that members are added dynamically via the AMI QueueAdd. When you run the CLI a "reload app_queue.so" all members who were in the queue disappear. This is a bug or some parameter that I do not know? Queue wrapuptime as Global option
Hello, The call center I manage previously had almost all calls entering a single queue. In order to differentiate the calls to the techs we set the callerid name based on the caller id number offered to us. Basically, it was a gosubif the callerid number matches this, and in the sub we set the callerid name to a certain value. We've been slowly moving some clients into separate queues

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list, I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on hold) before the agents answer them. Asterisk CPU use
Hello, working in a call center where we set up a structure in asterisk. When my voip reaches 150 calls are with bad quality. We do not transcode codec. What I realized using the top command server (CentOS) processing is too high for the asterisk. But the general processor server is down. Hi! Trying to understand how wrapuptime is working... I have written a small php script that let agents log in/out off a queue. That part is working as a clock but wrapuptime is not doing what I expect. Problem with queue
I have queue set up in realtime on Asterisk 1.4.2. Below is the senario that is happenening :: I have created a test queue with only one agent. Once I call the test queue the agents phone rings if the aagent is logged on. everything till here is fine. Now if the agent does not pick up the call, the call automaticaly disconnects after 15 secs as set for the queue, till here also it is fine. But

pause between queue calls for agents
Hi, I want to setup a pause/break between calls coming from a queue to an agent. If an agent is logged in only in one queue the wrapuptime parameter works. But what can I do if the same agent is in more then one queue?
