[line-in.to.ogg]
hello, people!
could you advice me some kind of computer audio recording programme
to write music 'on-the-fly' from line-in sound card exit to ogg
vorbis file directly. for example, there is an 'absolute mp3
recorder', but i would like to record audio in ogg vorbis.

Are you serious???
The development state of "Icecast 1" vs. Icecast2 has *nothing* to do with the
web site. Not from a user perspective anyways.
What's infuriating is you're not even ASKING for help..

Directory Listings
That's a little odd, there are streams listed at yp.icecast.org...
What's up with that?
And of course my question on other directory servers still stands.

: cutting ogg vorbis file into parts, again
hello, everybody!
i record radio programmes through 'hard disk ogg 220'. as
someone here has adviced me to do ;] it's brilliant. but after
recording, i would like to cut off some material, to prepare an
advertisement free version of the file. i use musicutter 071 to do
this. but it gives me the following error when i'm trying to cut my

Slowdown on lots of motion
I'm playing the "Honey" movie (both Honey-small and Honey-large) and I notice
significant slowdown during periods of lots of motion (when the camera shakes,
when the first man hops into bed, when people turn around and approach the
camera, etc.). The audio plays smoothly all the time but when there is a lot
of motion, the picture freezes and resumes when there's less motion.

I never said that the information would be deleted. Rather, the new page will
concentrate on icecast2 and related vorbis projects. The information for the
older releases (as well as all the content from the Icecast1 page) will just
be a click away.
I'm not justifying anything. Read back to a few days ago, maybe a week or so.
I asked for help documenting Icecast2 and Ices2. You just not

puppet, repos, security
Hello list,
I am using puppet 2.7.20 from rpmforge, with a build date of Wed 20 Mar
2013. EPEL has an even older version.
Then I see this: http://puppetlabs.com/security/cve/cve-2013-3567 that
was posted on the month of July 2013.
Do I understand correctly, that my puppet-master is vulnerable to remote
code execution by every node that has access to master's port tcp/8140?
If so, then
