There is a moderate amount of documentation in rake/rakedoc.rb in case you feel like generating your own local copy. The only prerequisite is the Ruby ''redcloth'' library. The CVS module has been renamed from wxruby-swig to wxruby2, and I have checked in the related changes to reflect the name change.
