Semi-Regular Time Series with Missing Values
Hi,
I'm trying to make a ts object that has both NA values and a frequency other
than 1 (so I can use stl). I've tried all permutations I can think of, but
cannot get the desired (expected?) results.
The values live in x and the corresponding semi-regular time stamps are in

curl and CVE-2013-2174

It may sound a silly question. I have curl installed:

Today portsnap updated the ftp/curl port, and patch-CVE-2013-2174 appeared
in files/, but the port version remained such that portaudit, and

Cups problems while compiling WINE
Just tried to compile WINE on opensuse 11 64bit. I did everything as described here: WineOn64bit - The Official Wine Wiki (http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit#head-b3c0054e075385ab599d63a46dba9d6c3934d6c0)
But running the configure script I'm getting that message:

Which printing mnechansim works best with Samba? CUPS or BSD? I suspect
that BSD support in Samba is not the greatest.

bootstrap resampling question
Hello there,
I have a problem concerning bootstrapping in R - especially focusing on the resampling part of it. I try to sum it up in a simplified way so that I would not confuse anybody.
I have a small database consisting of 20 observations (basically numbers from 1 to 20, I mean: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ... 18, 19, 20).

Clarifying CUPS Printing
We have been using CUPS to handle printing and have run into some "features"
some of which a fresh install of the responsible server will probably fix.
However there are some disparities between the documentation and our
practical experience for which a clear statement would help others.
The docs state when using CUPS the relevent lines of SMB.CONF should look
like this:

Our smbd isn?t compiled with CUPS why we are using a customized "print
command"
