Hi, I'd like to ask you what do you limit Desktops syncing in case users put large files on them, e.g. films. Downloading / uploading such large files can generate lots of unnecessary traffic. Hi, I'd like to convert a number of userpassword ("posixAccount", crypt-ed) and create a ldif to update my Ldap server database. Hi, My config: samba 2.2.11 on linux 2.4.26, nss_ldap 215, glibc 2.2.3. Clients: XP Pro SP1. Domain style setup with Ldap server over ssl. The server is Sun DS 5.2. I've been trying to setup Samba to authenticate users against accounts existing on a Windows 2003 Server without any backwards capability.
