What software were you trying to install?

Database (Jet 4.0) Problem.
I have tried everything in winetricks that makes sense, and the program still insists that the Jet engine is not present, when it can be clearly seen in the windows directory. Here's the latest log: I don't see any database activity here, just a bunch of OLE calls. fixme:ole:OleLoadPictureEx (0xba0e4c,18726,0,{7bf80980-bf32-101a-8bbb-00aa00300cab},x=0,y=0,f=0,0x32fa70), partially

Conflict between NT-PDC and Samba 2.0.6
I've got a Solaris 2.6 SPARC system running Samba 2.0.6 and an NT-4.0sp5 PDC system. If Samba is running on the Sun system when the NT PDC is rebooted it (the NT system) complains that there is already another PDC in the domain. This should not be as far as I can see as I've tried specifically to configure the Samba systems not to do this and in fact prior to upgrading to Samba version

Paradyne Jet Fusion
I don't know if anyone had used these boxes yet. I've installed some, but not connecting to an * system. The guys who ordered them said they ran about $600. They are pretty cool in that you designate what the port will be either Data, FXS, or FXO(not fully implemented yet) This is a "NEW" price too, not a refurbed price. I don't know about anyone else, but I've not

Samba 2.2.1a - ls inconsistancies.
I am running Red Hat 7.2 and using smbmount to mount a PC share from a NT4 SP5 Workstation. I have a folder, in this share, of around 300 files and when I do ls -l I get inconsistencies. Sometimes files are missing, and if I keep repeating the command the files are then appear again. Other times the size information is wrong. No one else is using, or changing, any of the files on the source
