Problem with vampire: bloodlines
Hello, i've ubuntu 8.04 (32bit) with wine 1.0-rc5. I've installed without problem vampire: bloodlines and it works fine in the menu, but when the game starts the audio works well but the video is all "orange". As graphic card i've a ati moblitiy x1600 with official driver (installed using envyNG) and before start the game i've used compiz-switch to disable compiz. the

Wine d3d apps: Fuzzy (badly distorted) picture
Hey guys. I have this problem. All of my games look like this, picture is badly distorted (but games clearly work). I have been trying to solve this for the last 10hrs, trying different X resolutions/refresh rates, different games settings, different wine settings/versions, different monitor inputs(vga,dvi,hdmi)/settins, whatever came to my mind. Nothing worked, always the same fuzzy picture.

Morrowind GOTY

No sound in HOMEFRONT
I just installed Homefront. The installation went fine. I looked up AppDB entry on it and it looks like the other person rated it silver (albeit he's running Mac OS), with some annoying mouse bug. Sudden Failure of All Games
Most notably, Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source, in addition to Homeworld 2, all ran perfectly. I left for a while and returned. Jade Dynasty graphics "glow" problem
I'm trying to get Jade Dynasty to work properly with Wine. Most of the bugs I've fixed or are to minor to worry about. There is one problem I can't seem to fix. Glows on weapons are bright white from most camera angles. It appears the glows are reflecting something, but I don't know what. Certain monsters glow white as well. The bug does not happen on the character select screen

Oblivion regression exposed by video description patch
I found a regression in Oblivion that results in flickering shadows.It requires the video driver/description patch in order to see it, otherwise shadows don't work at all.Since the patch itself is probably not causing the issue, should I post a bug report?
