I installed MSWord 2000 with Wine1.2 several weeks ago with no problem; now something has been "upgraded" in Ubuntu so that I cannot install MSWord 2000 anymore on another computer; I get an error message about a security bit being "set". To add a twist, unfortunately I would not be fishing for 7.10 packages, but rather 7.04 as we ran into too many issues with 7.10 whereas 7.04 seems rock solid stable. Hi Guys, i have a .deb package with FlashFXP installed: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=351841 I have installed latest Wine version, FlashFXP works good so far, but if i do transfers over my lan everything "looks" good but i have to wait some time after every download (between 10 seconds and 20 minutes). Ventrilo in version 2.1.4 work properly good under wine. I talk with friend without any problems with sound, but there is one with "Push-to-talk" function (hotkey). When frame with ventrilo have lost focus i can't use this function. I spent a lot of time to googled about it and I found program called xbindkeys.
