I'm under the assumption that I could use ies4linux to enable html in programs if I install the program with them. However, I have no idea how to do it. I have downloaded/installed ies4linux already (and installed ie6). I'd like to know since the program I am trying to get html in (RealOne Player) works fine, but when Gecko tries to load html it crashes and burns, and I was hoping this

I tried installing IE6 using winetools, this failed for some reason. after several attempts i found IEs4linux, which installed IE5 and IE6 for me with no hassle, can i get winetools to recognise this install? because it won't let me install other software at the minute, or could someone give me a hand in getting winetools to work with the original IE6 setup? cheers!

Hi, my bank requires a java certifiate that won't run under linux (I know that most of the java applets are platform independent, but this one is not). I've managed to get java running under Firefox with wine, but it turns out that their java won't run properly under Firefox neither. (This was affirmed by a windows user friend as well.) It installed ok (with an error message box at the end but still runs) but it seems to need internet explorer to run properly - the main window remains blank when trying to view html but works fine when it is in editing mode.
