similar to: winex-source compiling

I have an installation of Redhat 6.0, I am attempting to install wine from an RPM file, bit it gives me the following message : Failed Dependency : libGL.so.1 1. What does this mean? 2. Where do I get libGL.so.1 from (That will work with Redhat 6.0)?

Has anyone noticed this? I have a video made with Final Cut Pro, which I convert to .mov via Compressor. This .mov file plays back fine in Quicktime. But when I then use ffmpeg2theora to convert to ogv, the video seems to play back too fast compared to the audio (I'm using VLC 1.0.2, the latest I believe, to play back the ogv file, and I also have an app that uses the recently

Hello list, I'm trying to install wine and winex side by side on my system. I managed to install each version in different paths with --prefix. My problems resides in the way wine looks for its libraries. How can I have wine look for it's libraries in /opt/wine/lib and have winex look in /opt/winex/lib? All hacks welcome! Hi, I got it running! I have also installed the latest patch of Deus Ex. Here're a step-by-step instructions: 1. Create an empty file with at least 1.5 GB (1 GB is not enougth for saving games!): dd if=/dev/zero of=DeusEx_Game bs=1024k count=1600 2. Connect it to a free loop-back device: losetup /dev/loop6 DeusEx_Game 3. Create a VFAT filesystem on it: mkfs.vfat /dev/loop6 (ignore the
