PHP version not enough for developers
Kai, It is a reality, but when you look at the RHEL target audience, it's not exactly hip devs deploying Docker in the cloud. Big corps, banks and the like have a very slow development cycle and long term support is absolutely crucial, software needs to run for years on end without glitches, without interruptions, in a very predictable manner etc. For the aforementioned devs I think the best

Hi Guys, OK, I figured out the problem, It would seem that Comcast spelling my DNS entry wrong would do it! I have done this a zillion times, I was totally stumped as to what I would be missing this time. Thanks everyone for their help. -Jason ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kai Schaetzl" <maillists at conactive.com> To: centos at centos.org Sent: Tuesday, December 22,

Winamp 0% Buffering mp3 streams
make sure that your mountpoint does not have a .ogg extention with the mp3 stream, otherwise, it will try to play using the ogg plugin, and will stay at 0% buffer On Thu, 10 Mar 2005 19:45:09 +0100, Kai Schaetzl <maillists@conactive.com> wrote: > I'm new to streaming or music hearing over the wire, I still prefer my > old-fashioned stereo equipment :-) > But a friend asked me

1.6, CDR and h extension
I have two version 1.6 Asterisks running. One is a small hobbyist thing just at home, and the other is handling calls for several customers. On both, I have added the line exten => h,1,Set(CDR(hangupcause)=${HANGUPCAUSE}) to all relevant contexts. On my little hobbyist box this works perfectly; all calls have their hangupcauses recorded with cdr_adaptive_odbc and cdr_custom. On the

How to send mail to mailbox with disabled domain?
Is this a dovecot problem on your side? dovecot usually accepts mail from MTA like postfix, so it would be better to remove example1.com from postfix relaydomains (mailbox domains, alias domains, ...). Then there is no delivery to dovecot. Most MTAs ignore MX records - if a domain is configured locally, it gets delivered. Best regards Gerald > Am 11.09.2018 um 20:20 schrieb Kai Schaetzl

split auth from other logging
Hi, yesterday I had something similar. I would like to skip the login & logout lines from being logged. This is something I found, but did not get it working, as I had no time fiddling with the rsyslog config yet: https://serverfault.com/questions/253418/force-dovecot-not-to-log-connect-disconnect-messages
