Queue breaks Dynamic_Features on Attended Transfer

polycom auto answer
I was trying to get my polycom phone to auto answer. I added this to the dialplan. Used a different phone to call "22" and the phone rang it did not auto answer. Aastra - Alert-Info : how to stop auto-answer on call second leg ?
Hi, When implementing click2dial feature, I can trigger an Aastra phone to auto-answer using statement like : SIPAddHeader(Alert-Info: info=alert-autoanswer); This is very convenient when trying to reach a distant party (ie through PSTN) The trouble is when 2 Aastra are calling each other over the LAN, this single statement is memorized somehow and both phones (caller and callee) auto-answer.

Queues and Agent penalty - how to go to second best agent when the first does not answer
Hi, I've been playing with agent penalties (Asterisk 1.6.2.16). I've set up multiple agents, and as documented agents with the lowest penalty value get called first. How to set SIP to auto answer in the dial plan .
Hi, I am trying to write dial plan for sip to auto answer (auto attend) the incoming call to the sip phone. - If i call from sip1 to sip2 then sip2 should automatically answer the call and play some sound file. agent logoff
I am using AgentCallbacklogin to logon agents. I am trying to avoid agents being logged in more than once in different extensions (is this a bug?) by passing the callerid to the AgentCallbacklogin funtcion as an option. The problem is that by doing this, agents are not asked for an extension and they cannot logoff (by pressing the #). Any ideas how can agents logoff? -------------- next part

Working Config for Polycom VVX and Auto Answer
Hi - Just wondering if anyone has gotten a Polycom VVX phone to successfully do an Auto Answer with asterisk. I have an older generation of Polycom phones that do this just fine, but I can't seem to make the VVX phones work. Polycom 501 - Auto answer on one line appearance
I am using SugarCRM together with the asterisk plugin, which allows me to click a number, SugarCRM calls my extension then places the call when I pickup. I would like to have that extension auto-answer. I set it up as line 3 on my phone so normal calls do not get auto-answered. However, I have not been able to get this to work. Sipura SPA-841 auto-answer support [patch]

Cisco SPA 5xx/3xx/9xx phones don't respond to SIPAddHeader(Call-Info: answer-after=0)

Cisco 79x1 Auto-Answer
