Queue not sending call to Agent
I am having an issue and i am not sure if it is a bug or a config issue. I
was originally running Asterisk 1.8.1.1 when I noticed this issue. I
upgraded to 1.8.4.2 to see if that would fix it but it didn't.
The issue is that I have a call queue and the agent dials a number to log
into the queue. When someone calls the queue the first time the call is

Asterisk 1.8 Realtime Queue not working
I have configured my mysql database by following this link

how does "wrapuptime" work in queue.conf
Hi list,
I'd like to have the callers to listen to the advertisement (music on
hold) before the agents answer them. So, I have wrapuptime=10 in
queue.conf, but the call still goes straight to the agents without
delay.
Here's my queue.conf:

Some minor configuration issues with queues
Hello list !
I have some configuration issues with queues, but I'm sure they are
minor and for someone who has already configured queues it could be
trivial.

Question about queues and the definition of agents
Hi,
I have a question about the definition of agents.
The agents.conf file looks like this:

Hi,
I have the same problem with the queue configuration
When I receive 2 calls only 1 phone ring even if more agent's phone are
free.
The second call will go to an other agent only if the first call is pickup.
Somebody have a solution ?

dsync migration with preserving pop3 uidl
Hi all,
I'm trying to migrate messages from icewarp (merak) mailserver to dovecot via
dsync, IMAP migration is looking fine, but I'm unable to migrate pop3 uidls from
originating server, probably is something wrong with configuration, but I don't

Forward voicemail not working
I have asterisk 1.8.0 installed and I am not able to forward a voicemail
from one users mailbox to another user.
I have the user log into their mailbox
press 8 to forward a message
enter the extension of the user I wish to forward too
I don't prepend a audio message
and press # to send the message to the other user
from a debug perspective I don't see any errors. The only message I see

Hi group!
How to set language for queue?
I have several queue's. In every queue, agents speaks different language. I need to announce queue-youarenext and similar on different languages.
This is what I have in my extensions.conf and it does set language, but when calls enters queue, it doesn't use that language.

queue-hold time + weight in astersk+acd
Hello list,
There seem to be some problem with the ACD of asterisk
where when we use this parameter in queues.conf .
We could not get any announcement as expected.
Iam useing the latest CVS-head
Even weight also doesnot seem to work properly

Queue Messages now playing when caller is inside queue
Hi,
I am running a 5 seater inbound call center on 1.0.9-BRIstuffed-0.2.0-RC8h and it's
running well. I am now trying to upgrade it to 1.2.4. So I installed 1.2.4 from source and
copied all config files from original to the new server. But when a caller lands inside

queue member state in asterisk 1.4
Hi,
My queue members use Local channels and their queue state is "In use" while their hint value is "Idle".
Since I have Ringinuse=no, I'm experiencing issues such as incoming calls waiting too much because the agent's phone isn't ringing even though it's idle/free.
I read somewhere that this is a "known bug" in 1.4 and should be fixed in 1.6. I

No Music: Queue Hold and MusicOnHold

Queues Announce help request.
I am trying to get a queue to do more than just play music and hold calls.
Specifically, making some "comforting" voice announcements would be nice.
