Building Custom Kernel - CentOS 4.4
Hi All, I am having issue when trying to build a custom kernel in CentOS 4.4. Current Kernel Version is 2.6.9-42.ELsmp and the server is HP Proliant DL380 G3. I downloaded the source rpm and then installed it. Gave the command, rpmbuild -bp --target=i686 /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/kernel-2.6.spec. But it throws me an error after patch operations. SIP Dialler
Hi, Any of you have any experience with SIP softphone dialler that capable of local recording? (recording to files in harddrive) So far I only know eyeBeam and Express talk. eyebeam fine but there are known error with recording. strange caller display
Hi all, I am using asterisk1.2.14,realtime and I find there is a strange case in the receiver's display. I have a dial plan to route a call to the destination. help for making several calls at the same time..

Agents getting "stuck" busy
Having a weird issue with some agents getting stuck busy on my system. Call will come into the queue and the agent will hit DND, or be DND when the call comes in (DND being the button on eyeBeam softphone, not a star code). After the agent comes back from DND they will be "stuck" as busy in the queue and I have to reload chan_agent.so in order to get them available. I'm running

Hi all, I have agents who are members of more than one queue. When an agent is busy with queue A, he is not considered busy by queue B, and receives call (since his EyeBeam Softphone has 6 channels).
