Call Wrapup time for agents.
Hi all, I was wondering if there was a way to deal with "wrap up" time for agents slightly better than we do it at the moment. At the moment, we set a wrap up time of 20 seconds for each of our call queues. The problem with this is that sometimes it's either too long or two short. I would essentially like to have all agents put into wrap up straight after a call, and have to

Error during wrapup: cannot open the connection
I am trying to use a new (to me) package (samr) and even when I try to run a very simple example, I get this "cannot open the connection" error. The reason I am writing to r-help rather than to the authors of samr is I think this may be a more general R problem rather than a samr-specific problem. Perhaps something with my installation and write access to some particular place ? I am

Odd Read App Issues
So I'm using the READ() application within an IVR, and having a strange issue, and wondering if anyone else has had this problem. When calling from an outside line, and entering the digits during the read() part of my dialplan, it's accepting some of the digits twice, though it's only keyed in once. When testing the dialplan internally, it accepts only the digits that I key in.

Error during wrapup: incorrect number of dimensions
when subsetting a matrix results in a single row, it is converted to a vector, not a matrix. how do I avoid this? 1. __GOOD__ > edges <- get.edges(g,E(g)) > edges [,1] [,2] [1,] 0 2 [2,] 0 3 [3,] 0 4 [4,] 0 5 [5,] 1 1 [6,] 0 4 [7,] 0 6 [8,] 0 7 [9,] 0 8 [10,] 0 9 [11,] 0 5 [12,] 0 10 [13,] 0 11

Bounty- CDR Bug Fix
I saw some of the heat about the $20 bounty earlier. So I don't want to put a low bounty out. Quote me a bounty, and I'll see if I can get it approved by management. :-) I'm in need of getting this bug fixed. Bug has all of the details, but basically 1.4.22 broke it all. I've waited as long as I can - hoping the bug would 'resolve itself' - but now I'm putting a

Missing TRANSFER event in queue log when using Local Channels
Has anyone observed a problem where using Local channels with AddQueueMember results in missing TRANSFER events? Right now I'm using straight SIP channels when I call AddQueueMember(). I'm contemplating moving to Local channels because the non-state-based wrapuptime blows when you have a channel in multiple queues (they can hang up and get a call immediately so long as it's from a

tests/ok-errors.R ## bad infinite recursion
I've come across a handful of tests that fail at our site. I consider this one the worst because the process does not return. The patch below simply bypasss the test, but the errors in the out file are included as well. I suspect this is due to more or tighter ulimits on this system. But I'm not sure if this is result of different expectations (kernel/userland) of what should be done in

Call "stuck" in queue
Asterisk 11.1.0 One queue with strategy=leastrecent. (Full queues.conf below.) Occasionally (several times today), a caller will get "stuck" in the queue - there are operators available to take the call, but the caller stays in the queue for a long time. Any idea what might cause this, or where I can start looking to debug it? I'm going to start digging through the queue log

Setting Periodic-Announce filename in the dialplan
I'm wondering if there's a way to set which periodic-announce file is played from my dialplan, much like setting the monitor-filename. Something like this: exten => s,n, Set(PERIODIC_ANNOUNCE=foo) This would be a great feature if it doesn't already exist. Or perhaps there's a better way to do this. Thanks for your time. -- Regards, Robert Broyles

wrapuptime?
Hi! Trying to understand how wrapuptime is working... I have written a small php script that let agents log in/out off a queue. That part is working as a clock but wrapuptime is not doing what I expect. Input Interi?r - Queue Manager 0317998989 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (5s holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:8, A:1, SL:0.0% within 0s Members: SIP/0317998971

na.rm default
Is there a way to set "na.rm=TRUE" as a default, so that this does not have to be re-specified for all of the functions requiring this option? Thanks in advance, Stephanie Broyles sbroyl@lsuhsc.edu [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Why is PQMSTATUS empty?
Hey all! I'm trying to do a bit of logic here so that a user only has to dial one code to pause/unpause in a queue (e.g. *0 will (un)pause depending on the users's state). My logic looks fine to me but every time ${PQMSTATUS} shows up empty. Here's the extensions.conf part.... exten => *0,1,NoOp(${PQMSTATUS}) exten => *0,n,Macro(user-callerid,SKIPTTL,) exten =>

Potential Error/Bug?: addition of NULL during arithmetic
I encountered an error that does not make sense to me given my reading of the documentation and does not appear to be referenced in the list archives or online. The error occurred when a function received a NULL value rather than a numeric value as a parameter and then attempted to use the NULL value in the calculateion. The error: "Error during wrapup: nothing to replace with" can

Dynamic realtime + queues
Hi, ? I am trying to store queues.conf to a MySQL database using dynamic realtime. I have a working ODBC connection and the queueing system already works but I want to store the queues.conf file to a database. I am following the guide from Asterisk the definitive guide, the ebook can be found at: http://ofps.oreilly.com/titles/9781449332426/asterisk-DB.html ? I have a database called asterisk

Question about queues and the definition of agents
Hi, I have a question about the definition of agents. The agents.conf file looks like this: [general] persistentagents=yes [agents] maxlogintries=5 ackcall=no wrapuptime=500 musiconhold => default group = 1 agent => 1311,1311,Tom agent => 1531,1531,Tim and here is the queues.conf: [general] persistentmembers = yes [queue1] musiconhold = default strategy = rrmemory servicelevel = 60

Dead Call But Still Active
I'm having a strange issue, and not really sure where to even begin to troubleshoot it. First let me explain that I have all agents setup locally ( local/100 at agents/n) A call will come in and ring to the agent. When the agent answers the call, they just hear a dial tone. Agent hangs up. Asterisk still shows the agent as 'in use' in queue status. And 'show channels'
