Zaptel - delay before dialing last DTMF digit?
I have a TDM22B (TDM400 PCI + 2xFXO + 2xFXS). One FXO is connected to the PSTN. When Asterisk places a call, it dials using DTMF. If I listen in on the line during the dialing, there is a roughly one second pause between the penultimate and the final digit -- proportionally much longer than the pause between the preceeding digits. This accounts for about 25% of the time taken to dial. Anyone

dahdi_scan doesn't recognize an OpenVox A400E
Hi everybody, In an Asterisk 1.6.0.5, dahdi-linux-2.1.0.4, dahdi-tools-2.1.0.2, with a Digium B410P and an OpenVox A400E, I can't make "dahdi_scan" to recognize the OpenVox. This card was working correctly but suddenly stopped working and I cannot make it work again. Both ?lspci? and ?dahdi_hardware? detect it but ?dahdi_scan? not and I cannot use it. >lsppci: *0a:00.0

codec_dahdi and Asterisk 1.6.0.6
I've got a question about codec_dahdi witrh a system running Asterisk 1.6.0.6 and DAHDI 2.1.0.4 with a TE410P card. The system is used primary to route calls between different PRI connections, so no transcoding between codecs is happening as far as I am aware. 1) How can I use codec_dahdi? Would it be useful when passing a call from one dahdi channel to another dahdi channel? 2) I'm

spandsp rxfax under Linux 2.6 w/TDM400?
Hi, I have got my Asterisk server running with TDM400 card (2xFXO & 2xFXS). I originally had the system configured with a Panasonic fax machine on one of the extensions. Due to the high volume of fax spam, I figured it would be a much better idea to capture the faxes as TIF or PDF files to minimize wasted paper, etc. I have downloaded, compiled and installed spandsp and can see the rxfax

RGL crashes
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi rgl crashes my R session, when resizing the rgl graphic window. I am using Ubuntu Maversick, with dual monitor setup. If I disconnect one monitor, I can resize it "a little bit", but it still craches if I enlarge it to much. I assume that the problem has to do with allocated graphic memory in the kernel, but why is R crashing

Problem installing B410P BRI card for asterisk
Dear all, I know this is more a Digium hardware than an Asterisk issue. Already posted a question at Digium, however also like to see whether anyone in the Asterisk community has encountered the following situation: I installed a Digium B410P BRI PCI card on my new asterisk server, following the steps specified in the manual. I can see the PCI card is available using the lspci command: ...

DAHDI fun and games
Hi Listers, I'm running 1.4.25-rc1 on opensuse 11.0 with dahdi-linux-2.1.0.3, dahdi-tools-2.1.0.2, libpri-1.4.7 and snapdsp.0.0.2. Incoming calls work fine. Outgoing calls made directly (exten => s,1,Dial(DAHDI/G1) then number work fine. The problem I have is trying to let Asterisk make the call (exten => s,1,Dial(DAHDI/G1/5551212,,r). If I use "m" (moh) the

Multi-level drag and drop in scriptaculous?
I am trying to create a screen like Google''s personalized home pages or start.com, i.e., with draggable sections, with the extra feature that the child items under the parent headings could be dragged and dropped from one parent heading to another. I have set up nested droppable sortables (dropOnEmpty=true) but the behavior is very inconsistent, i.e, parents do not become droppable
