I'm trying to use a Xorcom Astribank wth Ubuntu 8.04, but got no success. I can see the channel bank with lsusb, but when I tried to use zaptel_hardware, or when I try the /etc/init.d/script, they don't see my Channel Bank. Hi I run asterisk 1.4.2 with zaptel 1.4.1. Zaptel is only needed for the ztdummy driver to get the Meetme() application to work. I don't have any specific hardware. And it does work nicely. Hi, I am having problem with my Asterisk installation and find out it has to do with ztdummy. if the ztdummy module is loaded, the asterisk playback() command will not play files.
