ISDN D-channel disconnects for a minute every 5 minutes
I have a problem with Asterisk-bristuffed using a zaphfc card. I am located in the Netherlands, so I have an ISDN line from KPN. When I start Asterisk, and plug in the ISDN line, everything works perfectly for about 5 minutes. And then the ISDN line is down for 1 minute, and after that minute, the line comes back up and works for another 5 minutes. Every time the line goes down I get the error

Zaptel ISDN BRI settings for The Netherlands KPN
Hi list! I am installing an * box that will be installed on a site with KPN BRI ISDN in The Netherlands. I am using bristuff fron Junghanns. Does anybody know the correct settings for this? I will not have internet access there which makes it harder to google around on location. switchtype = euroisdn is pretty obvious but what about these settings: signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp ; p2p TE mode

PBAX-Group with QuadBRI card, outgoing call problem
Hi All ... I'm running Asterisk 1.2.13-BRIstuffed-0.3.0-PRE-1v which has a Junghanns QuadBri card in it (lspci reports Cologne Chip Designs GmbH ISDN network Controller [HFC-4S] (rev 01)) I have a regular KPN ISDN2 Line connected which works fine with the the zapata.conf below. However, I also have a new KPN ISDN Mutli (meervoudig) line (PBAX-Group), which works fine for incoming calls,

SPA-3000 caller ID and KPN
Hi list, Hopefully, some of our Dutch members can help with this one. I'm also based in the Netherlands and am using a Sipura (Linksys) SPA-3000 (firmware v3.1.10(GWd)) as a PSTN to VoIP gateway for my Asterisk test system. It works fine, except that the Called ID (CID) is not working. I'm aware that KPN (our local telco) requires a separate subscription to activate CID on POTS

LDA to address extensions
Hi List, I'm trying to make dovecot deliver messages to sam+extension at example.com to the imap folder 'extension' of the user 'sam'. I've configured postfix with these dovecot as LDA: mailbox_command = /opt/redknot/libexec/dovecot/deliver -f "$SENDER" -d "$USER" -m "$EXTENSION" -a "$RECIPIENT" recipient_delimiter = + Sam is a

Asterisk to be used with Ciscs media gateways
More top posting goodness... Please post your updated dialplan. After making the change, did you reload/restart Asterisk so the changes would take effect? --Tim ----- "Mohit Saxena" <MohitS at starcomms.com> wrote: > Still no luck.... > > Br, > Mohit > > -----Original Message----- > From: asterisk-users-bounces at lists.digium.com >

Problem with Dutch PSTN-line on X100P
Yo all, I have a problem with a Dutch (KPN) PSTN-line, connected to an X100P. The call wil sound OK at first, but after 10-20 minutes, the audio will start to crackle. Soon after that, this crackle turns into a continuous noise and the parties won't be able to hear eachother anymore. It also sometimes happens that the party on the TDM400P hears a very loud, short-delay echo of themselves,

[cfe-dev] Why is #pragma STDC FENV_ACCESS not supported?
Oh, and other thing: Are you planning to attend the upcoming LLVM developer's meeting in Bristol? I thought it might be good idea to get all parties interested in this feature together in person, if we're at the same meeting anyway. So I was thinking of submitting a proposal for a BoF session on this topic ... Mit freundlichen Gruessen / Best Regards Ulrich Weigand -- Dr. Ulrich

Outgoing CallerID for KPN in Belgium
Hi, I'm using a ISDN-30 E1 line from KPN Belgium. The challenge is to get a correct CallerID on outgoing lines. When I put this in my dialplan: exten => _0.,1,Set(TEMPVAR=${CALLERID(num):1}) exten => _0.,2,Set(CALLERID(num)=144622${TEMPVAR}) exten => _0.,3,NoOp(${CALLERID(num)}) exten => _0.,4,Dial(Zap/g1/${EXTEN:1},,) The resulting CallerID is accepted by the telco, but on

Ang: Re: Dutch (DTMF) caller-ID
Hi all! I am in the same situation here in Sweden, but I just got the X100 card and don t get it to work with DTMF caller ID. Is the only way to solve this to buy a TDM400 card w FXO modules? Is it just a driver question or a HW issue with the X100 card? Where to find dok about the new keywords in conf files like "cidstart=polarity" in zapata.conf? rgds Gunnar >>>

QuadBRI: How to set the outgoing callerid (KPN - NL)
Hello all, Recently I purchased an QuadBRI card from junghanns.net after some playing around, reconfiguring dialplans etc with the exception of 1 thing everything seems to work: I seem to be unable to set the outbound callerid. The dutch telecom operator (KPN) provided me with 4 MSN's on 1 BRI interface. In the past years I'm more then used to setting the MSN without the leading 0, this

[cfe-dev] Why is #pragma STDC FENV_ACCESS not supported?
I know next to nothing about the AST, so I'll leave commentary on that to someone who does except to say that I don't believe there is a strong connection between Richard's suggestion and Hal's. An IRBuilder can be created anywhere (and is frequently used in the optimizer). When the front end support is implemented it may use an IRBuilder that leverages the state Hal is suggesting,

Did llvm.org just run out of disk space?
Hi there, I'm experiencing some problems accessing some of the services on llvm.org: $ svn co https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk svn: E200029: Couldn't perform atomic initialization https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24734: "undef error - DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Got error 28 from storage engine" On Linux, errno 28 corresponds with ENOSPC, so my suspicion

CallerID of calls FROM queue

Dutch (DTMF) caller-ID
Hey all, I recently noticed that DTMF caller-ID was implemented in CVS, so I requested the service from my telco (the Dutch KPN) and tried to get it going in Asterisk (current CVS), without success so far. This system has 1 X100P, 2 TDM400P's with 4 FXS-modules each and 2 HFC-PCI ISDN-cards (zaphfc-driver) in it. The analog line I'm trying to get caller-ID working on is obviously on the

[cfe-dev] Why is #pragma STDC FENV_ACCESS not supported?
Hi Andrew, sorry for the delay, I only now got some time to look into this a bit more. But I still have a number of questions of how to actually implement this in the back end. Looking at this bottom-up, starting with the behavior of the actual machine instructions, we have (at least on SystemZ) the following things to consider: A) Rounding mode Most FP arithmetic instructions use the

NFS Maildirs
Hi, We have our user homedirs on nfs so I enabled nfs parameters in dovecot.conf. Everything works fine but when I want to delete a homedir of a user I can't delete it because I can't remove the .nfs files in the Maildir. I don't want to stop dovecot, remove the homedir and start dovecot. Is there another way to accomplish this. Thanks, Martijn # 1.2.12:
