Queue is sending calls to Agents even when they are in use
Hi, I have an simple queue and agents defines with memeber => SIP/123. If for example Agent "SIP/123" has an call, the queue didnt care and tries to send additional calls to this agents. Agents on DND still receiving calls...
Fellow Asterisk Users, I'm running Asterisk 1.2.5, and I've configured basic call queueing using agents. The problem I'm having is that agents who are on DND are still considered (by Asterisk) to be eligible to take calls. This means that calls will hit voicemail even when other agents who are not on DND are available. Any ideas how I can make agents ineligible to receive calls

Asterisk + Realtime + Manager reload = crash
I have several installations of Asterisk (several versions) where we have our own web interface that uses Mysql and Realtime. When we do modifications to Mysql we use a Manager connection in order to reload the configuration (we use Realtime static for extensions) sometimes Asterisk will crash. Agent Callback Login in 1.4
Awhile back I had heard some talk, in this list I believe that Agent callback login was going to be deprecated in 1.4, I see it is still there. Question about Do Not Disturb
Hello, Some of my users have phones lacking a DND button. I need to provide an extension they can dial that will put them in DND, i.e. tell the server not to send them any calls until they get off the DND. I've researched it for almost 3 days now and tried a range of configurations. I'm hoping somebody here has an answer. Currently, I have this in extensions.conf [app-dnd-on]

Call Forwarding and DND conf

Agents log in afterhours
Hi all, I received a report of a client which stated that two of its agents are ?logging in? to the queues when they actually aren?t there working. They appeared to be logged on all night. They thought they weren?t logging off correctly, but they checked one of them and he was following the procedure. Any ideas of what can be happening? Is there a way to prevent logins to queues afterhours?

I did a clean install to freepbx 2.6.1 and now when i do *76 i get a 1 second flash on the screen then the phone hangs up. the FOP says it is on DND but some ext are still getting calls. once i do a *76 FOP still says I am on dnd. I am running asterisk 1.6.0.21. before i was getting a message like dnd activated and dnd deactivated. i posted this on the freepbx site and here is what i got

Cisco 7960 SIP - DND soft key toggle?
Running the latest * CVS and Cisco 7960G and 7940G phones with SIP 6.3 image. I have figured out how to turn on the DND feature through the Settings>Call Preferences>Do Not Disturb - Yes then Save.
