random one way audio and noise betweenSIP phoneson same LAN
Giorgio, I'll answer in reverse order: I've not had reports of "noise" from my users. However, when I went down to get the s/w version from the phone that seems to be acting up the most, the user reported that earlier they were actually on a call that was ok then spontaneously dropped the audio. Per my instructions (based on another similar report I read on Digium's site),

Sangoma card A101 Card troubles.
Hiya all, I have had no end of trouble trying to get my A101 E1 card working on a new asterisk installation. The sangoma tech people have ignored my emails about this. All the installation of wanpipe seems to go ok, and zaptel. it all installed compiled and does all the wanpipe hwprobe exactly as documented. Asterisk compiled ok, but when I run it give me Jun 27 11:12:18 ERROR[10528]:

random one way audio and noise between SIP phoneson same LAN
I'm having the same "random" problem. I have "canreinvite=no" on all extensions. I have "qualify => yes" on all non-NAT extensions. I do have several NAT extensions, but I've not had reports of problems from those. 95% of my extensions (all polycom 501/601) are on a brand-new network comprised of 2 48-port Cisco 3560 1GB switches. In all cases, the

Sangoma A101 gives 'no PRI configured on span 1' error
I upgraded from Tormenta2 to Sangoma A101. I followed the instructions, and installation was successful. zttool, ztcfg, all show card is installed properly. I copied the parameters from my old working zaptel.conf, zapata.conf and zapata-auto.conf. Verified on Sangoma website that these files are correct. Also configured wanpipe1.conf. But doing all this didn't start the PRI channels. It says

Problem with Sangoma/Adtran 600 installation
I have installed Asterisk on a CentOS4 box and then installed Asterisk from CVS. I installed a Sangoma A101 and connected it to a Adtran 600 using a T1 Crossover cable. The 600 has 12 x FXS, 12 x FXO interfaces. I ran through the wanpipe install instructions and configured it, now I can run [root@altpbx asterisk]# wanrouter hwprobe ------------------------------- | Wanpipe Hardware Probe Info

Inbound PRI calls drop after 5 seconds using Sangoma A101
Hi Folks, I'm have Asterisk version 1.2.1 with a A101 PRI card. I'm working with the CLEC to bring up the PRI and inbound calls are hanging up at his end after a few seconds. I ran PRI debug but it only gives me minimal insight. " Ext: 1 Cause: Unknown (16), class = Normal Event (1)" He ran a trace and the only difference he is seeing is a "ISDN interface explicitly

The problem we are experiencing is extreme echo and clicking noises. These are only audible to the calling party, e.g. the person calling in from the PSTN to Asterisk via the E1, the person on the SIP handset cannot hear any echo or clicking, only the

Hi, I am considering A101/102/104 cards for my asterisk installations. Has any of you used these or any Sangoma cards in such environment? Any thoughts? How do they stack up against Digium cards? Any input would be greatly appreciated. robert

Sangoma & Dell 750
Anyone using a Sangoma A102 with a Dell 750? We are looking at going this route but needed some input. I really only need a Single T1 port, but this server doesn't have a PCI-X port, which the A101 apparently requires? Thoughts, Suggestions? K

dahdi and overlapdial problem
Hi there, we have a problem with dahdi and overlapdial. We are running an E1 in Germany and are in need of overlapdial. The E1 is connected to a Sangoma A101. As soon as overlapdial is set to "yes" we have problems with incoming audio on the dahdi channels. When set to "no" all audio is fine. Basically we can choose between being able to receive calls or to place calls
