0 channels configured with tdm400 (tdm04b rev. G)
Hi,
Some weird problem (or I'm too sleepy) happens with a tdm04B revision G (4fxo)
Steps:
modprobe zaptel
modprobe wctdm
ztcfg -vv
/etc/zaptel.conf
fxsls=1-4 # TDM04B
defaultzone=us
loadzone=us
/etc/asterisk/zapata.conf
signalling=fxs_ls
group=1
context=incoming
channel => 1-4
modprobe zaptel and wctdm load fine, however ztcfg -vv shows:
0 channels configured

TDM cards
Hi,
It's been forever since I dealt with POTS lines. We have a client that
needs FXS and FXO support. If memory serves correct we used the TDM400P
with fxs_gs/fxo_gs. What's the equivalent of that card today?
TIA.

Experience with Sangoma's USBfxo
Hi,
I've seen this USB product from Sangoma :
http://www.sangoma.com/products_and_solutions/hardware/analog_telephony/usb_fxo.html
Is it working ok ?
Is it easy to integrate it with Asterisk ?
How would you rate your experience with it ?

Random dropped calls...
I have a customer running Asterisk 1.2.13 with Zaptel 1.2.11 that is
having calls dropped. Sometimes you can stay on the phone for a long
time and sometimes the call is dropped within a minute.
There are 9 lines connected to 3 TDM04B cards. The Panasonic Pbx we
replaced did not have this problem. There are 8 SIP phones and 16
analog phones connected to two Astribank-8 units and everyone

TE411P problem
List,
I just tried to swap out our 410 for a 411 and we started have
problems with on of our T1's.
Setup:
Span 1 - Dedicated PRI for long distance.
Span 2 - 12 channels fxs_gs outgoing local.
12 Channels em_w incoming DID's.
I didn't have any problems with the PRI. The trouble was with the T1.
We were unable to place any local calls, and all incoming DID's where
garbled.

FXO without answer supervision
Simple question that google hasn't helped much with (likely poor search
terms)
I just installed a Sangoma A200 with overall good results. Initial
tests with both
incoming and outgoing calls were very positive. Until I made a normal
call that
lasted more than 30 seconds.
I setup the FXO with kewlstart signalling, and the outgoing call is
never registered
as 'Answered' and the dial

Inserting a pause with Sipura in between
I've a problem with inserting a "pause" and dialing additional numbers
when going through Sipura-3000
exten => _12,1,Dial(SIP/4751724@pstn-5,30,D(wwwwww18))
D(wwww) doesn't work as it sends the DTMF tones right after FXS connects
to FXO; though, I want insert a "pause" and send additional numbers
after connection goes through FXO.
Is it possible?

how to add more TDM04B
I already have one Digium TDM04B installed in my server working fine. I
just received 2 more so I did added them to my server. When I booted

of 4 but it only see 4. So then I did again modprobe zaptel, then
modprobe wcfxo and wcfxs hoping it would see

TDM04B and shared IRQ ..but asterisk can work..
Hello,
I have installed asterisk version 1.2.12 and latest zaptel modules. but i
can see some IRQ conflicts on the server. iam uisng two TDM04B cards.
according to my previous knowledge on asterisk verison 1.07 asterisk has
given lot of erros when starting if you have assigned the same IRQ number to
any other device.
My question is new releae version 1.2.12 has resolved the IRQ issue ??

TDM04B Dead?
Hi,
I just received in the mail my TDM04B card and put it in the computer,
now the computer won't even show the video card bios or the post
screen. From the digium website I could not find any specific
requirements for the pci card, like 32 or 64 bit slot. The motherboard
for the computer I put it in is an Asus A7V333 with PCI 2.2 compliant
slots. I am thinking that maybe I just got a dud
