I am ready to pull my hair out. I cannot seem to get the Polycoms to read the time properly. Regardless of the server they are pointed to our the offset, i am getting the correct time, but 24 hours ahead. So for today it is showing Friday April 28 but with the correct time. Any clues? I am using version 1.4.1.0040 and 2.6.1.0003. I have read about newer versions out there, how can I get them? I'd like to manually configure everything via FTP rather than the web or phone interfaces, but I can't seem to find a good source of definitions for all the options in the sip.cfg or phoneX.cfg files. I've got a Polycom IP 600 that doesn't want to DHCP. It DHCPDISCOVERs, there's a DHCPOFFER, it DHCPREQUESTs and a DCHPACK is returned, but 3 seconds later it repeats the process and never boots. When I try to transfer calls with a Polycom 500, (blind or not), the digits don't display properly on the screen, and the call is just put on hold. I also can't park a call for the same reasons.
