similar to: TE405P / TE410P with 2nd generation firmware field upgradable?

Is there anything to choose, in performance, between a TE405P and a TE410P? I understand the difference between the PCI bus voltages, and certainly don't intend to try Andrew's hacksaw operation :-). Because I wanted a quad-span T1 card which worked in the high-end systems I was intending it for, but that I could also keep a few in stock and if the system mainboard failed, pull the card an put it in a standard PC system. I had a TE410P on which the span 1 LED would not light red, but once the span was connected, it did correctly light green. I RMAed the board to our UK distrbutor and received a replacement. I'm having some trouble here - need some help! I've just bought a TE405p (32-bit 5V), but cannot get it working in a dell 6450. The dell has (from tech specs) "three peer PCI buses: two 64-bit buses and one 32-bit bus Expansion slots seven hot-pluggable PCI slots (two 64-bit/66 MHz, four 64-bit/33 MHz, and one 32-bit/33 MHz)" I cannot get the card working in any of the slots.

I am planning to buy Dell 2650 server with dual Xeon processors. And I would like to buy two TE410P cards for PCI with 3,3v. This is on Dell site about PCI slots for Dell 2650 server: 3 PCI-X (1x64-bit/133MHz, and 2x64-bit/100MHz) Does that mean I will be able to buy two TE410P cards ? Or I need to buy two TE405P cards ? Is there anyone successfully using the TE410P with a German "PMX-Anschluss"? Please just drop me a note mentioning the carrier you use. We are having problems making the card work, although configuration is correct (Posted this before). Our carrier blames the card for this. We would just need some evidence that it really works.
