use AT320 international call
Hi all, The firmware I used is pa168s_iax2_us_151011.bin. My problem is the handset dial before I finished key in all the numbers, no matter how fast I managed to press the keys. It appeared it always dialed immediately, for example "011862", when I actually ment to dial 0118620xxxxxxxx. Thus left the remaining numbers "0xxxxxxxx" unsent. The handset had its dial plan

What my IAXy could have been...
Hi, methinks that in the good 3 months since i ordered an IAXy, things have changed so much that now almost anybody out there with a VoIP hardweare website offers complete phones for less money than the IAXy, with support for both IAX2 and SIP in many cases, and fully configurable via its own keypad. What would you recommend as a rugged, small, and easy to configure/use self-contained unit that

IAX and call transfer
Hi, I flashed my ATCom AT320 phone (PA1888S based) with IAX firmware instead of SIP but now call transfer doesn't work neither using phone buttons nor using Asterisk features. I heard that it can be a real problem. Any help? Mimmus

IAX2 hard phone
I purchased an IAX2 hardphone, X100 otherwise known as a Netweb X100 or YWH100 with a PA168 chip and the latest firmware 1.45 available, from a US retailer. I was able to configure the phone to work with my Asterisk box, except the hold and transfer buttons do not work. When you press the hold button, it rings endlessly, the transfer button, displays "transferring" but it does nothing.

IP PHONE iareaphone x100, tested??
Hi, I have used the Budgetone 102's extensively on Asterisk and found then quite reliable as long as you update the firmware. The GXP2000 is quite a mess at the moment as the current firmware does not support 3 quarters of the advertised functions and codec support is extremely limited. I have tested the unreleased latest firmware update for the GXP2000 and it's an incredible difference

FXO ATA?
Is the Sipura 3000 the only way to interface a remote pstn line and connect incoming calls to Asterisk? I have a location connected by network that has a phone line, when the room is occupied I want the line ti ring there as normal, but when the employee is travelling I want the line to be conencted to a ATA that then feeds it as an incoming pstn line to the pbx located at my office so it can

GXP-2000
I'm using a few GXP-2000 with firmware 1.0.2.13 and everything seems to be working fine. However, there are a couple of issues I'd like to know if are possible: 1) Even though the phone has 4 line appearances, if I am speaking on a line, the phone can no longer receive phone calls. I can manually select another line and make calls, but when Asterisk tries to send a call to it, I

SIP hacked connection?
Hi Running 1.2.26 BRI stuffed. Calls made via PSTN via ISDN interface (Junghanns). SIP ports mapped through firewall as we often connect from outside, but all SIP accounts have good passwords. However our telecoms provider picked up a few suspicious calls to places we do not normally call at times we do not often call. Looking at Asterisk logs it shows SIP session from the internet connected

UK experts only. BT Outgoing caller ID not showing
Hi Just moved offices in the UK and moved our Asterisk box from old one to new one. Using idefisk softphones, Junghanns quadbri card for ISDN 2e interfaces. At both offices we had one standard number and a DDI range, routed with Asterisk. We'd set up the configuration so each idefisk set its own caller ID which then got sent by the extensions.conf script. Worked fine at old place but in

[Atcom] Asterisk + LAMP on 128MB RAM?
Hello I'm thinking of selling an Asterisk server based on Atcom's IP02 solid-state unit with one FXO and one FXS ports: http://atcom.cn/En_products_IP02.htm By default, this unit based on a 400MHz Blackfin 532 chip only has 64MB RAM and 256MB of NAND flash. Those can be increased to 128MB and 1GB, respectively. Do you think I can install Linux + Asterisk + LAMP (replacing MySQL with

Echo
I used to get bad echo and also voice breaking up during a conversation, so I upgraded the machine (from a PII 300 to a Athlon 1.8GHz) and have resolved the voice breaking up issues but still seem to have a fairly bad echo on *both* sides of the conversation. Currently I am only using the system for outbound calls, so I am always calling from the digium USB port phone and out to the telco using a

ATCom Phones - AT 510/AT530
Anyone here used these phones? I'm getting more and more frustrated by todays modern crop of routers with their so-called SIP ALGs which are invariably broken, or routers with built-in ATAs which block internal SIP phones from working, so looking to use IAX for some end-users. I already support it for people who want to use (eg) Zoiper and use IAX a lot to plumb boxes together, but never

how to define a key to decline incoming call
Hi all. We have Snom phones which do have a defined key in order to drop incoming call WITHOUT answering. Pressing that key, a "SIP/2.0 486 Busy Here" message is sent back. We have other phones (I.E. DECT Siemens C450IP, or ATCOM 320 or other) which DO NOT have any key to do that (or the key does not work, as is with Siemens C450 IP ): you have to answer and immediatly after hangup the
