Asterisk 1.4 and AgentMonitorOutgoing

WHAT happened to AgentMonitorOutgoing(c) in Asterisk 1.4.5 ??
Recently installed 1.4.5, and still unfortunate to find out that the 'c' option in AgentMonitorOutgoing() still doesn't work ('c' - change the CDR so that the source of the call is 'Agent/agent_id'). It wont change the source channel column in the CDR to 'Agent/agent_id' like it used to in 1.4.2 and other releases older than that. I hope this gets fixed in the

Agents.conf feature replication using addqueuemember
I (have to) would like to move my agents out of agents.conf in preparation for the deprecation of agentcallback login. Everyone I have spoken to is upset about this but the functionality can be accomplished in the dialplan and that is fine by me. I do have an issue with losing the features contained in the agents.conf though. I have to have the ackcall-yes working. All of my agents login on home

Hi, I have the same problem with the queue configuration When I receive 2 calls only 1 phone ring even if more agent's phone are free. The second call will go to an other agent only if the first call is pickup. Somebody have a solution ? dialplan for monitoring outbound calls
I wanted to use AgentMonitorOutgoing(c) to know which agent made an outbound call. Its supposed to record the agent id to the channels column in the CDR, but it doesn't. I put it on priority one, after an agent makes an outbound call Does anyone have an example that uses this feature and works?

extension mobility and CDR logging questions
I intend to add to my asterisk system a feature similar to cisco call manager's extension mobility so that agents can log in to any phone in the office and keep their profile (ex. the agent's specific directory number). But before doing that, I need to confirm that asterisk doesn't have a native solution for that (ex. application/addon), and that nobody has come up with their own

installing asterisk for Ubuntu Synaptic
I have an Ubuntu system and went into Synaptic and checked asterisk for installation. Once installed, I started it with /usr/sbin/asterisk -vvvgc and got the following output with several errors and notices. Do I need to do more or are these ok? Call recording in - out
Hello to all I'm trying to record the calls going to my queues, but asterisk creates 2 files, one with the inbound and another with the outbound sound. I know Sox should mix the 2 files automatically in the end, but this isn't happening. I have sox installed in my server. How can I force Sox to mix the files? playing hold time announcement without queue position announcement
Greetings fellow list members, I have what I think is a relatively simple question, but it did not appear to be addressed on the wiki. I am trying to setup a queue so that it plays an estimated holdtime announcement, but not a queue position announcement. asterisk 1.4.21.2 a caller waited in queue, after connect to agent hears silence
Hi all! My problem is that calls being placed in the queue, and are waiting while the agents are busy, when an agents is then free they gets connected to the agent but there is silence (no voice). Problem with queue
I have queue set up in realtime on Asterisk 1.4.2. Below is the senario that is happenening :: I have created a test queue with only one agent. Once I call the test queue the agents phone rings if the aagent is logged on. everything till here is fine.
