I receive this error on the asterisk console and it is pretty much ALWAYS coming up. Sometimes there will be a break where it does not display. We had our PRI provider test the lines and they claim that there is no signalling problem. It doesn't matter if there are no calls or if there are 10 calls in progress the error is still displayed.
