Hello, We use astGUIclient, it does have server side apps that have to be installed on your Asterisk server, but it does have callerID popups that allow you to search a customizable web page when a call comes in. I would like to hear stories from people using TAPI, CTI or CallerID software with Asterisk. What are you guys using, setup examples, etc. Has anybody sucessfully integrated SugarCRM with Asterisk and how did you do it. Are you running callerid software? Can anyone recommend CRM software with a link into Asterisk? I would like a pop up on caller ID if possible. I've played with the FOP and SugarCRM but can't get them working together. This might seem like over kill for a home PBX but Sugar has the best contact management we have seen. I have dual posted this to the user and biz lists. Has anyone ever heard of someone running an Asterisk based system, yet abandoning SugarCRM, and opting to develop their own Visual FoxPro database/CRM? CallerID problem
Guys... Ive been having problems with my callerid and I have no more clues as to what I could be.. dates and times stamped on voicemail and info received on the phones display are off by +6 hours and also the date for example today is Jan 02 :) What can I do to modify this? __________________________________________________________________ Anton Krall

Voice Prompts with no sound
I have a weird problem... very puzzling.. Yesterday I had sound problems with the voice prompts, I couldnt hear them, so I rebooted the system and voila, I was able to hear everything.. so I went to bad.. and I just woke up and tried the system again and its back!!! I dial the voicemail system and I cant hear the voice welcome.. I can hear any voice prompts.... Has anybody had this kind of

pass caller ID to another application or machine.
I would like to have asterisk pass along the caller ID phone number to a database server on a my local network (the same network that the * server resides on ) so that our customer service app. can pull up customer data automatially. While this is a simple webpage - doing a refresh every 3 to 4 seconds, it does actually work.
