similar to: grandstream budgetone-100 updates

Maybe I'm loosing my mind but I've just noticed that if I put a call on speakerphone and I press speakerphone again it hangs up the call, you would expect it to take the call off speaker back on to the hand piece. I have setup the BudgeTone-100's to use Early Dial which for calling between the three phones works well, but for the external calls using the following extension exten => _9.,1,Dial(Modem/g1:${EXTEN:1}) Only the first digit is dial on the ISDN Line. Symptom: Phone after about 15mins will stop functioning Problem: DHCP lease renewed but default route dropped Fix: Assign a static ip and problem is resolved. Upgrade to new firmware once it is released It turn's out that these phones have a few issue in 1.0.3.81 firmware. The phone may stop transmitting packets if configured with DHCP, if DHCP is being provided by certain devices. Netopia

Hi- I am attempting to setup my Budgettone phone for use with my * server and am having problems obtaining an IP address. I have checked the phones settings to make sure it has dhcp enabled and it is. The display says no IP. I bought the phone but do not have any documentation other than the Wiki, but I am still at a loss. What could be preventing the phone from picking up an IP address? Any

I have two problems with Asterisk and my Budgetone 100s. 1. Sometimes when outside callers dial my Budgetone it will ring twice, then the caller will receive a busy signal. After reading about these $75 SIP phones on this list, I purchased a couple for evaluation. They do work with asterisk - and are good value for money, but as somebody commented: they are not yet perfect. I am setting up a small Asterisk system for use at home. I have one Budgetone 101, one Cisco 7960 and two Xten lite softphones. So far everything is working expect for an issue with the Budgetone. Hi All We have Grandstream 102's running ver X.18. When hanging up after a call has been made the grandstream seems not to disconnect the call and when you put the handset down the phone rings only to pick it up and be on the same call.
