TDM11B and hook flash
I recently purchased a TDM11B so I could hopefully hook flash the FXO from
either the FXS (on the TDM11B) or a SIP device. From the FXS, I've tried
hitting # then transferring to an extension that flashes the line then dials
the FXS again (3020). This seems to send me to a busy signal and the
console tells me no such host of 3020 (the number I'm on). The call on call
waiting gets sent

Faxes stopped working - AMI issue?
I recently upgraded from Asterisk 13.19 to 16.6.1. Everything is
working fine with a few minor tweaks except outgoinf fax. Incoming
works fine.
I do outgoing faxing through an AMI call. Here is the output from the

Question on calculating PJSIP md5 authentication with NEC
I have done additional testing and I haven't been able to figure out why it's failing.
Since my original testing we now set the realm on the authentication section to match what we receive from NEC. It's of the format abc at xyz.com
I have verified the md5_cred several times and it matches the user:realm:password formula 3016:insiph at something0a646666.com:3016 where username is

I have this in my sip.conf:

However, my extensions are set up so that they always show the external

Asterisk crash on AGI
Hi
I've just started to play around with AGI scripts and have run into
problems.
When I run Asterisk in console mode everything works just fine. If I run
Asterisk in 'regular' mode (not console) it crashes if I hang up on the
script. I have used Python scripts to test this and also the "agi-test.agi"
script.
(the Asterisk code was compiled from CVS code just a few days

cannot change file permissions
Hi List,
I have some severe problem with Samba 3 with ldapsam
backend on debian stable.
The problem is that I can not change the rights
of a file or directory on the server from Windows.
I get this in smb.log:

TrippLite SMX1500LCDT FreeBSD 11.2 trouble
Hi Everyone,
I'm having trouble getting TrippLite SMX1500LCDT to work on FreeBSD
11.2, nut 2.7.4 installed from FreeBSD port.
The debug output is rather big when I'm starting usbhid-ups initially,
Please find that attached (gzipped to comply with message size limit).
Subsequently, until I unplug and replug the USB cable, I'm geting a
shorter debug output, like this:

the last person probably wasn't able to give the ./configure probably because most people uses the precompiled iso to install NAS4Free.? if you need the ./configure I might have to look for their source on GitHub or something.
