I've been losing patience with my current provider, a small company called Sellvoip. Their termination is good, and they are asterisk based, but they are understaffed and have no concept of customer service. So I'm shopping. I am interested in the opinions of others on the providers they work with. Here are my criteria, roughly in order a) Decent quality, low latency. In

I am looking for a good provider for IAX2/800 termination. I am currently using FreeWorldTel and wanted to use NuFone but it seems that both of them don't provide customer service. FreeWorld has terrible voice quality and NuFone never answers their phone or responds to messages. Thanks, Linn

Apparently asterisk cannot reboot gracefully (unattended) when using realtime.... MySQL RealTime: Failed to connect database server asterisk on 127.0.0.1. Check debug for more info. I was reading the posts and someone said about the default 1000 to 2000 I see in the .conf the default is 10000 to 20000 I found a service that gives inbound DID's in the firewall 5060 and 10000 - 20000 is setup no workie on the DID But when I set 5060 , 10000 - 20000 and (Unblocked) 1000 - 2000 Now the DID works fine.
