Hi,
I'm using TE410P card with four T1 lines. I've configured all the channels in my /etc/zaptel.conf file. In zttool i'm getting "OK" for the "Span-1" but the other three spans giving

te410p not working after cvs-head update
I have a TE410P running on CentOS 4 which (fortunately) is my test
system. This card has been working flawlessly for the past few weeks.
Today I did a cvs update to the latest head files, and the card is now
not working. When I try a zaptel start, a series of messages appears on
the console:
Found TE410p at base address fdff0000, remapped to f8a34000

TE410P problem (Looping UP Span 1...)
Hi list,
We have been trying to configure a Quad Span T1 card in a system running RH9. We have followed the instructions in the Wiki and searched the mailing lists, but so far havent got any success. Cable is connected to the first span, and module is loaded. Without loading the module the LED glows in red colour, but the moment we load module, it goes off. (No red or green) .
We ran zttool

TE410P lights don't blink read after the module is loaded
Greetings,
According to the FAQ "When you load the module and have no
circuit/channel bank the LED's should flash red"
I get the "knight rider" lights before the module loads, but after the
modules are loaded I don't get any lights, other equipment plugged in or
not.
The card has been on my shelf a while so I wonder if it needs a firmware
upgrade ? Can the cards

E400P vs te410p vs te411p
Hi,
I found E400P quad PRI card quite cheap (749USD):
http://www.govarion.com/product_info.php?cPath=1&products_id=2&osCsid=68cdd6e3d08754
in comparison to te410p (approx 1500 USD )
http://www.digium.com/index.php?menu=product_detail&category=hardware&product=TE410P
Now newer generation with HW echo canceling emerged (te411p).
I'm not sure in what things those two cards

TE410P / Eicon PRI
for today we only have experience with BRI applications together with asterisk.
is the following scenario possible and stable enough for production?
FYI : We want to build a unified messaging application integrated with SIP.
We have an E1 connection in Belgium with 100 msn's
We would think about having 2 servers :
Server A : Asterisk
PRI card (Digium TE410P)
Server B : Fax

TE410P - one way audio, after "rpm -qa" on RedHat 9
TE410P - one way audio, after "rpm -qa" on RedHat 9
After much trouble, I can consistently reproduce this error.
Anyone have any idea why all Zap channels on my TE410P would develop one
way audio after "rpm -qa" has been run while asterisk is running?
If I reboot, run "rpm -qa" first then load asterisk and modules all is OK
when "rpm -qa" runs the second

Digium TE410P LED problem
Has anyone else experienced a problem with the LED for span 1 on a TE410P
or TE405P?
I had a TE410P on which the span 1 LED would not light red, but once the
span was connected, it did correctly light green.
I RMAed the board to our UK distrbutor and received a replacement. However,
the replacement board displayed the same problem!
Wondering if it was related to the computer I was putting it

TE410P hardware problems
TE410P card down.
I have three (3) TE410P in one machine running asterisk with SS7.
My problems started last week when one of my cards started switching to E1
every time after reboot. I set the following in dahdi.conf and that solve
the problem.
/etc/modprobe.d/
options wct4xxp t1e1override=0x00
Now all 4 ports on that card is down with Red Alarm. I tried rebooting the
machine and

3.3v PCI board - TE410P photo
Hi-
I have posted a photo of the TE410P Digium card on my site,
so that those wishing to purchase a compatible motherboard
can see physically what the PCI slot requirement is:
http://www.evtmedia.com/TE410P.htm
I believe the required slot is a 64-bit, 3.3 Volt PCI, most
commonly found on Xeon-based motherboards. A 64-bit slot is
longer than the TE410P board requires, but the PCI connector

TE410P PINS
hi all,
i am getting crazy with my TE410P - it won't work
now we already think that the only thing which can be wrong is the
cable.
At our telecom endpoint we have 1-2 tx, 4-5 rx
So - which cable do i need to get it working
Already tried a cross over cable 1-2 -> 4-5 / 4-5 -> 1-2 (with this
cable nothing works -> red alarm on both ends)
Also a normal cable 1-2 -> 1-2 / 4-5 ->

Noise using TE410P & Rhino Channel Bank
Anyone ever experience noise instead of a dial tone. We are using a Digium
TE410P and 2 units of Rhino FXO & FXS Channel Bank.
Everything works well when they are freshly turned on or rebooted, but after
a while there's only noise can be heard instead of dial tone.
Does this have anything to do with the timing configuration?
Where is this time is generated from, is it from the TE410P card?

SOLVED: TE410P card in an HP-Compaq DL380 G4 server
Hi to all out there using HP DL380 G4 servers,
i found a way to get the Digium TE410P with older firmware running on a
HP-Compaq DL380 G4 Server! Here's the step-by-step description:
1. download the latest BIOS (in my case it was 4.04 from date:
06/02/2005) for
the HP-Compaq DL380 G4 using the
"Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade Diskette for HP ProLiant DL480 G4 (P51)

Bad FCS nightmare to Nortel SL100 with TE410P
I have an * box connected to a Nortel SL100 through a PRI (US) using the
Digium TE410P (quad-span T1 card). I don't have access to the SL100 -
it is handled by another group.
The span comes up OK (timing, framing fine). However, as soon as the
D channel comes up, I get endless "HDLC Bad FCS" errors. I modified
logger.conf to get rid of the messages (so I could see what else was

Dell PowerEdge 1800 and TE410P
Hi,
I've been asked to find a server that is capable of running the Digium
TE410P card. We usually get Dell PE servers and after a quick look I
think the PE 1800 has the required slot:
Six Total: 2 PCI Express (x8 lane & x4 lane); 2 x 64-bit/100MHz PCI-X; 1
x 32-bit/33MHz PCI (5v) and 1 x 64-bit/66MHz PCI
Has anyone got this hardware, does it work with the card and asterisk?
Thanks,

Stability and motherboard questions with TE406P and TE410P
I am having a problem with asterisk not being stable enough for production
use. I have two cards, the digium TE406P, and the TE410P. The TE410P is
the primary card that I am using but I would like to move to the TE406P for
the echo cancellation and more flexibility of PCI slots available.
